As footwear production manager and technical designer, I play a crucial role in overseeing the entire production process, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of high-quality footwear. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks that involve coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

One of your primary responsibilities is setting deadlines and managing the production schedule. I work closely with different teams and departments to establish realistic timelines for each stage of production, from sourcing materials to finalizing designs, manufacturing, and shipping. By effectively managing deadlines, I ensure that production stays on track and products are delivered to market on time.

Another important aspect of my role is hunting for reliable suppliers. I'm responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with suppliers who can provide high-quality materials, components, and equipment necessary for the footwear production process.

I serve as the primary point of contact between different stakeholders, including design teams, factories, and logistics.

My responsibilities as a technical designer involves overseeing the whole sampling products which lead to design making decisions, like choosing the thread colors, type of fabric, background colors for the design, embroidery placement and finally the sole's supplier and quality.
